At Ryed, we understand that plans may change. We strive to offer a flexible yet fair cancellation policy to protect both our clients and our drivers.
1. Cancellation by the Client
You may cancel your ride reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up are non-refundable.
2. How to Cancel
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: support@ryed.vip.
The cancellation will take effect only after you receive a confirmation email from our team.
3. No-Show Policy
If the client does not appear at the scheduled pick-up location without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable and may incur additional fees if the driver was dispatched.
4. Changes to Reservations
We allow changes to your reservation time or location up to 12 hours before the scheduled service.
Any changes requested less than 12 hours prior will be subject to availability and may be refused.
5. Cancellation by Ryed
In rare cases where Ryed needs to cancel a service (e.g. safety concerns, force majeure), the client will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative solution.​
